Prioritizing is obviously vital but so it having a ''DO NOT DO'' list. Identifying time-sucking activities and tasks that are not essential or that can be delegated is a must. Follow your do not do list and watch your productivity flourish.

At the end of each month I write 3-4 bullet points of realisations and lessons learned over the last 30 days.
